    My Responsibilities

    As the Residence Director in Comstock Hall, I am responsible for providing leadership, management and direction for a comprehensive residential education program to 561 students. I am also responsible for developing and maintaining an inclusive residential learning environment which is conducive to the overall development of students and in support of the academic mission of the University.

    As the Residence Director of Pioneer Hall, I work alongside a talented, passionate team of professionals and student staff to promote an inclusive, positive learning environment to approximately 700 first-year students. In addition, I assist with the implementation of a residential education curriculum aiding in the holistic development of my residents.

    I provide leadership and strategic direction of Residential Life. This includes the student experience in the residence halls and apartments on campus. I supervise the managers that oversee the staffing, student development, academic initiatives, student conduct, and student engagement.
