Conference & Event Services (CES) is seeking motivated team members for summer 2026! CES coordinates housing and event venues for youth, adult, academic, and athletic groups on the Twin Cities campuses. 

Hospitality Business Specialists (HBS) work with the Business Operations Supervisor (BOS) to facilitate summer school, conferences, and camps within our residence hall and apartment communities. Responsibilities include preparing guest check-in packets, confirming guest registrations, tracking charges, facilitating mail distributions, and completing inventories. The Hospitality Business Specialist position also serves as a leader for the Hospitality Specialist staff and supports the building management team with special projects.
