Living Learning Communities
Connect with other students who share similar interests, academic goals, and personal direction in one of over 30 programs. LLCs bring students to live together in a dedicated area of a building. Take advantage of the unique—and free—housing option to expand your college experience through exploration and collaboration.
Housing assignments are made based on the date of your housing application first, followed by factors like Living Learning Community preferences.
Some LLCs will fill up before March 1, and many programs use the housing application date to create priority.
Each LLC has a limit on the number of participants. Also, talk to your prospective roommate as some programs do not have space to accommodate roommates who are not part of the LLC.
Consider your classes.
Some accept any student who has an interest in their program. Some only allow students of a specific major or program to be a part of the community. Also, some programs require or recommend a course.
