The University is proud to offer affordable cooperative and townhouse-style housing options for graduate students, students with families, and upper-division (junior and senior level) undergraduates.  Units are available for immediate occupancy.

Housing Co-ops

Housing & Residential Life contracts with two student-owned cooperatives to provide housing for University of Minnesota students. Both properties are owned by the University but are independently managed as cooperatives.

Located south of the University of Minnesota's St. Paul campus, CTC is only a few blocks from the UMN bus line and has easy access to the freeway system.

Como Student Community Cooperative

CSCC is approximately halfway between the St. Paul and Minneapolis campuses and is located on the Metro Transit bus line.

Located on the West Bank of the Twin Cities campus, close to downtown Minneapolis and the Mississippi River. They can be shared with other students and require the same credit requirements as listed for on-campus housing.
