Book a meeting room or table
Residential students interested in hosting a meeting or event in their residence hall or apartment complex may do so by submitting a Room Reservation Request form via the Housing Portal. Please note that reservation requests are not guaranteed. The Business Operations Supervisor (BOS) will confirm your reservation request via email within two business days from receipt of the reservation request.
Please review the room reservation guidelines prior to submitting a request. Some facilities and spaces may have additional requirements for room reservations. If you have any questions about reserving a space in your residence hall or apartment building, please visit the BOS at the hall information desk during regular business hours: Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Room reservations must be submitted at least three (3) business days in advance for consideration.
The person reserving the room assumes all responsibility toward University and Housing & Residential Life policies.
