Moving & Breaks
Housing and Residential Life creates a staggered move-in schedule each year to ensure students can move in and get settled before the start of class. Move-in dates depend on whether you are assigned an apartment or residence hall. Residence hall opening dates are determined each year by the scheduling of Welcome Week and the first day of school.
Find specific dates and more information in our Move-In Guide, along with key instructions and helpful tips for what to bring (and what not to bring), bed configuration, tech setup, and more.
