    My Responsibilities

    I coordinate community development in residence halls and apartments in four primary ways: 1) supervise Community Advisors in connecting with residents and enforcing policy, 2) partner with the Assistant Resident Director to engage residents in Residence Hall Groups and LLCs, 3) work with the Business Operations Supervisor to provide a variety of front desk services, and 4) collaborate with the Facility Operations Supervisor to ensure the safety, security, and maintenance of the buildings.

My role is to assist and guide students in creating meaningful communities and building connections with one another. Some of my responsibilities is to help build and maintain safe and inclusive communities by supervising an an amazing team of Community Advisers, advising GROUPS within our halls, acting as a hearing officer, and being an overall resource to our residents.
