    As the Residence Director in Sanford Hall, I am responsible for providing leadership, management and direction for a comprehensive residential education program to 561 students. I am also responsible for developing and maintaining an inclusive residential learning environment which is conducive to the overall development of students and in support of the academic mission of the University.
