    As a Residence Director, I work within the residence hall setting to facilitate student development, education, conflict resolution, critical analysis, resident engagement, and a host of other foci pertinent to 17th Avenue Hall residential student population. In addition, one favorite element of my role is the opportunity to mentor, coach, and supervise 17th Avenue Hall Community Advisor (CA) Team. From a philosophical perspective, my work and focus intrinsically promotes a commitment to educational equity, dismantling systems of oppression, and propagating a community paradigm rooted within intersectional justice.
