Yudof Contract Length

One of the unique features of Yudof Hall is that the University provides a housing contract that begins on August 15 and ends on May 31. This contract term does not require staying through the summer months and that flexibility is not typically offered in other non-university managed apartment facilities. The monthly/semester rate is somewhat higher as a result of the flexibility provided with this contract. There is an opportunity for students to extend their contracts through the summer term if needed.
