Built in 1940, Comstock Hall has six floors of rooms for 553 first-year residents and its own dining hall.

Residence Hall contracts run September-December and January-May. Room details below are subject to change. Residents should review their Housing contract terms for the most complete information.

Single

One room is occupied by one resident. The average square footage is 128. Two single rooms are separated by a quarter-bath containing a sink, which is shared by two residents. A large bathroom is shared by approximately 7 rooms. There are approximately 199 singles in Comstock.
