This may include broad initiatives around professional staff training and development; residential life assessment strategies; social justice and diversity; student behavior and learning; student curriculum, student engagement; and student staffing.

Residence Directors & Assistant Residence Directors

Serving as an RD or ARD comes with a variety of perks and benefits! In addition to a 1-2 bedroom furnished apartment with storage access within the building, all utilities are covered including cable and access to HBO Max.
