Community Advisors (CA) have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on campus while developing valuable leadership and professional skills. In this position, you’ll help create a welcoming and inclusive residential community, while strengthening essential skills in communication, problem-solving, conflict resolution and crisis management. As a trusted mentor and resource, you’ll support residential students, foster a strong sense of belonging and help promote a safe and secure living environment across the residence halls and apartments.
