The Conference & Event Services (CES) office focuses on marketing the University event resources and coordinating large-scale events that use multiple venues and services on campus such as residence hall accommodations, meeting rooms, special event space, catering and parking. The CES office acts as the central point of contact for both internal and external clients, providing accurate information and handling requests for conferences, camps, meetings and events.  CES also assists the University by recruiting and hosting youth camps and conferences during the summer months, which is a great opportunity to seek out potential new student enrollment opportunities.

The Conference & Event Services intern supports this work by assisting with contracts, the creation and testing of registration systems, and answering client questions.
