The Office Assistant position supports the 24-hour Information Desk and the Business Operations Supervisor by providing exceptional customer service and guidance to residents and guests, enforcing departmental policies, troubleshooting challenges, and facilitating appropriate referrals to building management and other University entities.

Office Assistants play a key role in building safety and security through key management, understanding and implementing emergency procedures, and collaboration with the Community Advisors (CAs). The Office Assistant's complete administrative tasks associated with the information desk, as well as provide tours to prospective students and families.

Compensation: $15.25 per hour

Qualifications

Experience in customer service or office setting and knowledge of Housing and University resources recommended.  Those without this experience, but who are interested in working with people and learning these skills, are welcome to apply.
