Spring 2026 Housing

Spring housing options are available for enrolled and admitted students. Assignments are based on room availability and the date applications are received.

Spring housing starts January 17, 2026 and ends May 13, 2026 for residence halls. Keeler, Wilkins, and Yudof Apartments open January 6, 2026 for new incoming residents and their contracts end May 31, 2026. Billing for Keeler, Wilkins, and Yudof begins on the date a new incoming student checks in.

Key Dates for Spring 2026 Housing Application

October - Apply

Spring Housing application opens early October and is located on the Housing Portal. There is a one time, $50 non-refundable application fee due with a student’s first application.
