Spring Housing

Spring students who submit the $200 housing guarantee payment are assigned in current open spaces. We anticipate some limited space in the residence halls, with the majority of spaces in Bailey or Middlebrook. Space will also be available in most of the apartment buildings, however many will be in shared bedrooms.

Due to current residents already living on campus, there will be very few options to accommodate roommate requests. When possible we do our best to accommodate roommate requests.

When you are assigned a space, if there are current residents living there, you will be provided their name and email address to be able to connect with them.

Assignments will be emailed the first full week of January. Assignment information will also be available online.

Move-in for apartments begins January 7, 2025, and residence halls begin January 18, 2025. Students may move in anytime after those dates. There are limited options for early move-in requests. If you need to move-in prior to these dates, contact us.

The last day to cancel and get the $200 guarantee payment refunded is December 28, 2024. Students who check-in to their assigned space are not eligible for this refund and must submit a request to cancel their contract.
