My Favorite Quote
“I'm for truth, no matter who tells it. I'm for justice, no matter who it is for or against. I'm a human being, first and foremost, and as such I'm for whoever and whatever benefits humanity as a whole.” - Malcolm X
Life Outside the U
Outside of work, I spent a lot of time practicing the piano (which I have been for over 11 years). When I'm not doing something music related, I can be found reading books, drinking coffee (light roast), trying out new restaurants, shopping online, or writing a spoken word piece. My favorite books are Native Son by Richard Wright, and Purple Hibiscus by Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie.
